Our client specializes in providing comprehensive Manpower Recruitment Services from India to various sectors including Foreign Governments, Hospitals, Construction Companies, Hospitality Sector, Education Sector, Corporate Sector, and Transport Sector.

Graphics Designer

We are looking for a Graphics Designer to contribute to the achievement of our company's objectives by coordinating and executing marketing activities and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and tools, as well as the ability to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing activities and campaigns in regions to increase direct consumer interactions, collect feedback, and maximize brand exposure through various design initiatives
Initiate and lead projects to improve the marketing system
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Obtain input from management to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials and packaging
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications

Requirements

Requirements:

Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts/theories, and tools, engagement, public relations, and communications
Proficient coordination of marketing resulting in positive branding or sales for the company and its products
Events organizing skills
Designing skills
Working knowledge of print output and production interface
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
Experience in design software products (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and other graphics design applications
Undergraduate or equivalent qualification constituting marketing/promotions/event organizing/graphic designing
Ready to work in FIJI

Benefits

3 years Contract, if performance good renewed for another 3 years. In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years. Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years. Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month. Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
