Job Description

SUMMARY
Job Title: Customer Success Associate - Salary upto 35k inhand.
Location : Saki Naka, Mumbai, Work from office.
Job Summary:
UG /Graduate in any field with minimum of 2yrs experience in customer support / Telesales/ Telemarketing role.
Should have excellent communication skills in English, 
Only Male candidates should apply and be ok to work in rotational and night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboard new customers, providing training and support.
2. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
3. Monitor customer health, identifying potential issues.
4. Develop and execute success plans.
5. Provide timely solutions to customer queries.
6. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
7. Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
8. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
Requirements
1. 1-5 years of customer-facing experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to understand customer needs and technical concepts.
4. Proactive problem-solving skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM software.
6. Should be ok to work rotational shift
7. Male candidates preferred
Desirable Qualifications:
UG /Graduate in any field
