What You’ll Do

• Analyze user behavior to optimize AI-driven content recommendations and engagement strategies.
• Evaluate and refine ML models for search optimization, push notifications, and AI-generated content.
• Develop user safety models to detect inappropriate content, harassment, and illegal activities.
• Monitor performance metrics like retention, engagement, and revenue, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with engineers & product teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

✅ 5+ years in Data Science / ML, with expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling.

✅ Experience with recommendation systems, NLP, search optimization, or AI-driven content moderation.

✅ Strong knowledge of A/B testing, Bayesian methods, and predictive analytics.

✅ Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
