Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our core development team. In this role, you will work across a variety of products and platforms, contributing to both greenfield projects and ongoing enhancements of existing systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, data engineers, and AI experts—to build, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone passionate about delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Build, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications across multiple domains.
• Feature Implementation: Translate product requirements into functional, high-performance features.
• Performance Optimization: Refactor code for efficiency, speed, and scalability.
• Security & Monitoring: Implement secure coding practices and conduct regular system checks.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and data teams to align development with business goals.
• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for all code, APIs, and deployments.

Technology Stack

You will work with the following core technologies:

• Frontend: React.js, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Cloud: AWS (S3, EC2, RDS), Supabase
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and AI-driven platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare, manufacturing, or education platforms is a plus.
