Role Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in elevating Biltech's market position and building relationships with end consumers. This role is pivotal for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that establish Biltech as a top brand in sustainable building materials.


Key Responsibilities


1. Build Marketing Capabilities

  • Establish in-house or collaborate with external agencies to build a robust marketing function that drives Biltech's marketing activities.

2. Strategic Planning for Market Leadership

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to reinforce Biltech's industry leadership and set the brand apart from competitors.

3. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Initiatives

  • Spearhead initiatives to directly engage end consumers, complementing traditional B2B marketing approaches and expanding the brands reach.

4. Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to gain insights into consumer needs, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform Biltech's marketing approach.

5. Brand Positioning and Awareness

  • Develop and reinforce a consistent brand identity that resonates with business clients and end consumers through impactful messaging and innovative campaigns.

6. Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, print, event marketing, and other mediums to maximize reach and engagement.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring a unified brand voice across all touchpoints.

8. Budget Management

  • Prepare and oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment.

9. Performance Monitoring

  • Set KPIs for all marketing initiatives, analyze performance, and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

10. Promote Leadership Trust

  • Position the CEO as the face of Biltech, fostering an equation of trust and credibility among stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and leadership visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the building materials, infrastructure, construction, or sustainability sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing D2C and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market research, brand positioning, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze data to make informed marketing decisions.
