Job Title: Technical Lead Dotnet

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead (.NET) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications. This role requires a deep understanding of the .NET framework, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications: Architect, code, and deploy complex applications using the .NET framework, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and ensuring high standards in code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure the application meets the specified requirements and standards.
• System Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues, ensuring optimal performance of applications.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the codebase, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the .NET ecosystem and related technologies, and incorporate these advancements into the development process.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement within the team.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in .NET framework, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
• Experience with popular .NET frameworks and libraries such as Entity Framework, ASP.NET Web API, and SignalR.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Expertise in database design and development using SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Strong in unit testing related frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Proficient in using SonarQube for code quality and coverage analysis.
• Familiar with Git code commit best practices, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including services like Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and cloud storage solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and design patterns, including service discovery, API gateways, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaboration tools like GitHub or GitLab.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
