from when this started
is it happening in any particular demographics
as it is dropping from several months there is a high possibility that it is due to external factor. Now i would like to see whether any new competitor is in market which is providing more good service than us and also i would like to know about our existing customers .have they launched any new feature? based on this once i get to the problem then i would work on the solution
