Let the interviewer know about your professional experiences that has molded you for a role that is also fitting in the current role that the interviewer is looking for. Narrate a story and keep it very short that tell your strong areas, how positive you are, assertive and keep the conversation going to make it simple, don't leave your answers open ended that will make your interviewer guessing. Tell the challenges that you have faced. At the same time DON'T discuss your NEGATIVE points more. Have a good eye contact, use hand gestures and have a good body language. speak informal, engage with the interviewer to keep the interview conversational. Tell the interviewer how best you are suited for the job.
