For me, the biggest problem in my performance came at a time when the terror of the second wave of Corona spread all over India. That was a moment when all the loan holders could not deposit their installments. Because of which the CIBIL record of the customers also got spoiled and they used to get rejected loan applications anywhere. And the same problem started happening with us as well, when we applied for onboarding around 250 customers in a month we only disbursed approx 30-40 customers. And from April to July was horrible time frame for us. Similarly, the customers' income and source of income was also snatched away due to which they started facing many kinds of problems. And this was the time when I was not satisfied with my work.
