While answering this question if you have knowledge of company good doings for their employees then do mention it but don't start with it, you can start with the indusrty company deals in like by saing that i want to have experience in this particulat industry..... Don't showcase your strength in this ques. As in this interviewer wants to ask why you want to join not why they should hire you.
