Replacing the display on a Mi Note 7

Start by turning off the device and removing the SIM card tray
Use a heat gun or hairdryer to warm up the edges of the display
Carefully insert a thin plastic pry tool between the display and the frame
Gently pry the display away from the frame, being careful not to damage the cables
Disconnect the display cables from the motherboard
Remove the old display and replace it with a new one
Reconnect the display cables to the motherboard
Align the new display with the frame and press it down firmly
Test the new display to ensure it is functioning properly
Reinsert the SIM card tray and turn on the device
