1. If you have prior experience make sure you are prepared extremely well about it, like should be able to elaborate as if you are explaining something to your grandmother, Major problem you faced how did you overcome it, your day to day responsibilities, any unique accomplishment
2. Same goes with the internship 
3. If you are appearing for an interview from your college, academic projects becomes extremely important because it shows whether you applied the theories learnt into practice or not, irrespective of your grades
4. Should be well prepared with 2-3 subjects in case you don't have any experience or internship, the discussion might go into the subjects that you have studied and how can you apply the learnings from those subject in the corporate 
5. Mention the technical skills that you have and also I have seen some interviewers ask you to evaluate yourself on those skills, it's extremely fine if you are going to rate yourself 5/10 or even lower but then you must show that you can learn those in fullest if there will be any requirement.
