GIS Stands for the GAS INSULATED SUBSTATION , it is very complex , it requires  very less space required compare to AIS , the gas was used in this susbstaion is sulphur hexafloride(sf6).
ICT stands for the Inter connected transformer , A transformer which have three windings coils in the transformer , like  HV, Inter, LV . 
REF Stands for the RESTRICTED EARTH FAULT,  it was one of the protection of the power distribution transformers. If the L-G faults occurs this protection protects the transformer. in this protection operated in two zones , one is IN ZONE & the other one is OUT ZONE .
