In my Sprint Reviews (which I believe are pretty standard) We talk about what work was completed in the Sprint, what that looks like compared to what we have done thus far (including some stats regarding points completed per Sprint, etc - but only to suffice the metrics-loving individuals every company has)

Sprint Goal Report: This report should outline the sprint goal that was agreed upon at the beginning of the sprint, and whether or not that goal was achieved. It should also include any obstacles that were encountered and how they were overcome.
Sprint Backlog Report: This report should show the progress made on the sprint backlog items. It should highlight which items were completed, which were not completed, and any new items that were added during the sprint.
Burn-Down Chart: This chart visually shows the progress made during the sprint, and helps to identify any trends or patterns in the team's progress.
Velocity Report: This report shows the team's velocity over time, and can be used to help plan future sprints.
Risk Report: This report should identify any risks that were encountered during the sprint, and how they were mitigated.
Product Increment Report: This report should showcase the new features and functionalities that were developed during the sprint. It should include demos and screenshots of the product, as well as any relevant metrics
