Irrelevant question asked in interview, As my current company is in construction business and services. I was asked to explain working of hydraulics and what is its function. I just want to tell the i was there for HR not for any mechanical engineer position. Also at very initial statement was given by the interviewer we are not using any ERP to maintain Employee record they are updating the data in excel.
