First of all we will check whether the temperature set for the cell and ribbon is correct or not.    After that, we will check if the ribbon alignment is not coming because the ribbon is sitting on the bus bar or else the soldering pen will not press the ribbon at all.  If both these things are OK then,Will see the cleaning of the soldering table, if the flux is not stuck in the soldering pin, he will seeWill see the cleaning of the soldering table, if the flux is not stuck in the soldering pin, he will see Will check the vacuum of the soldering table,whether the cell is properly attached to the table,If this is also true then we will slightly down the position of the soldering pressing so as to press it with a little pressure, if this is also true then,The heating of the table heater may have to be increased, the intensity of the infrared lamp may need to be increased.   And the second reason is also that due to the high temperature, the ribbon comes out after sticking to the cell because its soldering material gets heated up and flies away.
