The questions were about pedagogy and the teaching strategies and vision. I was asked to prepare a STEM lesson plan on a given topic. I was supposed incorporate 21st century learning skills into the lesson.

I was honest about my methods. I spoke about the constructivist ways of teaching and learning process that I usually adopt which were along the lines of the school's philosoophy.
