This is the last part of the interview where the interviewer has made up his mind and he is thinking you to be one of the right candidates for the role. Please remember: your selection does not depend on your experience and expertise. It always depends on the employer's requirements. So never underestimate yourself. Rather prepare a list of questions after every interview with the best answers you can give. The questions asked in the interviews are more or less the same. I have made a list of 85 - 90 questions that were asked in the various interviews. Every time I go for an interview, I brush up my answers to these questions. Rest assure that you would be able to handle the questions skillfully.
