The flow of VPC involves creating a VPC, defining subnets within the VPC, setting up route tables, configuring internet gateways or NAT gateways, and launching instances within the subnets.
For example, you can create a VPC with CIDR block 10.0.0.0/16, then create subnets within the VPC like 10.0.1.0/24 and 10.0.2.0/24, set up route tables to route traffic between the subnets, and launch EC2 instances in the subnets.
