Diode has a anode and cathode leads, it is convert to ac to dc volts. If it's showing some resistance.500 means on multimeter meter it is ok. OL showing means fail.

A Bipolar Junction Transistor, or BJT, is a solid-state device in which the current flow between two terminals (the collector and the emitter) is controlled by the amount of current that flows through a third terminal (the base). Checking with multimeter, put the meter red or black prop on base termanal and check the resistance on collector, emmiter leads if it is showing some resistancemeans ok not showing means fail.

Hold the MosFet by the case or the tab but don't touch the metal parts of the test probes with any of the other MosFet's terminals until needed. First, touch the meter positive lead onto the MosFet's 'Gate'. Now move the positive probe to the 'Drain'. You should get a 'low' reading.
