Technical troubleshooting is a skill I've developed from being a user of MacOS and Windows products over the years. In academic and recreational settings, I've gained exposure to the various applications and architecture of these operating systems so that I understand them. 
I've needed to employ that knowledge in those settings I mentioned. Whether for programming or general coursework, it's required to know how those operating systems are structured. I can configure them, and I can diagnose issues by noticing abnormalities in both software and hardware.

I value the symbiotic nature of communicating my findings to a client in a way that they can understand them candidly. I prefer interaction, and I prefer a nature of work that allows me to think on the spot. I'm able to witness a broad range of issues, which will add to that aptitude. 
I've got experience in sales, where I've successfully sold products using straight-line sales approaches. I think analytically and with a good understanding of the customer's needs and  environment.
