Success of QA team can be known more when code is in Production environment. If there is only issues raised by Clients/End Users about some cosmetic changes rather than Major functionality broken or any shwstoppers identified, then it can say QA Success in testing. There should not be any performance issues, Page Errors when do regression testings.
