This was over telephone. I joined the meeting with four of the team members from India and Switzerland. I was asked to go through my resume. Some of the questions were like:- 1) To explain my previous work. 2) Why I want to enter the finance industry. 3) What are my expectations from this job and this company. 4) How my skills will be helpful in this role and why I should be considered over others. Some other questions were like 5) What do you understand by model risk, what can go wrong with a model. Give some examples. 6) An instance from my previous work where I performed model validation.
