The person interviewing was from the same team I am supposed to join so they were trying to gauge my cultural and temperamental fit in their organization and team. I was mostly asked to cite examples from my past organization when I overcame challenges, faced failure and the likes. She also gauged my understanding of emerging technologies

(Dos and Don’ts, What went wrong.. , What went right.. etc.): Be sure to go through the case studies or articles provided on the company portal and be aware of the latest news related to the company. Put items on your CV which you can very well talk about. These people are experts and might very well probe you. Also, anything that you say on your own, trying to lead the discussion in a certain direction, make sure it is the tip of the iceberg of your knowledge and more often than not they can have a full fledged discussion on a single word you said or an idea you mentioned.
