The main thing I won't give leave them the same day.then also he force for leave I'll tell one person who has not informed before for leave complete the work of tomorrow . if then also they are absent I'll manage night shift person if he agree ok he not agree I'll manage the work remind of employes (who come that day)

First you should have a leave already to conceal in manager and our manger didn't permit leave because some emergency work so didn't permit leave but very important issue you make should some time for ex. 4 hr
