What made me think of opting to join an organization which is more of a start up nature in India when compared with the earlier established organizations where I worked ?

There are profiles , partly , which i managed in the earlier organizations which were of the start up in nature and it always gave me a higher job satisfaction level when compared with doing the elements of a relatively established business .So when I got an opportunity to do similar roles in a fully start up mode organization , the exposure and learnings will be much higher which will transform myself to thinking leader than an operational leader.

What made me think of opting to join an organization which is more of a start up nature in India when compared with the earlier established organizations where I worked ?
