If any skilled operater is not available in a any day we will stay one operater in over time (if this is not allowed than) we will first see the skill metric of all operaters and whoever is good skilled for the mechine opretor than we will take this operater and give again some training and some time we will keep full process related to this opretion by operater. than if he will be confident that he will do this work easily than we will handover of him.

Before taking the leave operator inform abt the leave,abt the crticality i will provide the training in advance before a day of skilled operator takes leave ,i will give slight trainning to the unskilled operator through skilled operator and supervisor.I will tighten the inscetion and supervision
