Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please don't be lured by work from home. They make you work for 12-13 hours, sometimes more than that. They will fire you in the mid of the probation period which is inhuman. My point is if someone has not breached company's regulations, the employee should not be fired like this. The TLs and senior analyst act like they are owning the company, the higher management has no clear idea what is going on! In my instance one TL referred me who was also my colleague in previous organisation, I was in that TL's team only to be fired later! This is evident that they refer you for money and they don't care what goes around later! That TL did not even pin point what went wrong! Surprisingly there was no effort to keep me in the team or no any suggestion or instruction for better productivity wa given. All of a sudden on a fine morning, the TL arranged a call and announced we are firing you! I hope Karma pays back!
