Particularly i wasn't asked any technical questions maybe because i had very less experience (6 months). But they asked me to speak about my experience in my current company and the role that i was playing. I had 3 rounds of interview. The first was on the telephone, the second was a video interview and the third one was a face to face interview. In the f2f rounds, they asked me questions based on the scenarios that they gave me. They usually explained me the role that i was supposed to do when i join Thermo Fisher, almost as many times as possible and in the end it got clear as crystal.
