1. Asked about everything on my resume and kept asking about live examples of what i did in my previous company regarding real valuation . What is : WACC, Methods of valuation , NOI formula , DCF Model , explain cost of debt . The interviewer mainly focussed on real estate valuation related concepts . My interview was more that good as i answered all the granular question but the reason of not getting selected is still anonymous to me . Its US shift so i anyway had to reject. It feels good to reject an offer than get rejected ! But i did not get that opportunity . I was not selected as i got no response .
