Post clearing 2 rounds of interview
HR told that position is on hold even after discussing commercials with HR verbally.

Nevertheless my understanding is, it was just ghosting for the sake of their internal records.
Later I saw LinkedIn notification for the same position.

My advice is not to take their job notifications serious.
