The first step to start any Ux design is by understading the business purpose and motives and who are the targeted audience is then research what are the most usefull tools/designs is usefull to users that alligns with business goals and more research on how others have achieved the similer to our business purpose if needed create a user persona for the targeted audience once all this gets clear first step is to make law fidility 2 or max 3 wireframe and test or check it with users and business goals how usefullness, better usability, delightfullness of user experience and once all gets clear start the high fidility design process with final design of best UI good experience to users according to business goals and then final gets into developement mode with continues testing with users for their better experience with business goals / product / website.
