#Functions is used for the calculation and it must be returned value.

#Cursor is pointer or SQL private memory and cursor does not depends on data it depends on row.cursor hold the entire row or table .and cursor execute row by row .

Cursor has two types

1) Implicit cursor :it has three attributes

2)Explicit cursor :it has four attributes

a)sql%rowcount
