My certification of Danish language was of 3 months course. My last org. work was leading calls with clients, leading team of 8 associates. Trainings, Quality, reports, allocation of work.
As per conpany norms i should accept it.
Success and failures are part of life. If today i rejected then just i like to know my legs of mistake, i will cover in next round.
