First of all asked my details, I answered him very well.

Then asked me where did you work and how many years did you work and in which area

Then asked me how far have you done the highest education and which language do you know?

Took an example from me about the sale.

Then he himself became a customer and told me,  product how do i buy, your product cost too much. No one here knows your product. Here the customer is buying the product cheap, here the customer is looking for cheap. We cannot sell your products.

Then I answered very nicely.

SRMB is very branded company and very old company ,
And SRMB is the company's product brand product.  Quality is very good.
You've never used it so it's new to you. Any customer who has used SRMB products once shall not re-use any product except SRMB whose quality he/she likes.

And the matter of rate.
Suppose a pen comes for ₹3 and it also comes for ₹10, then why does the customer buy ₹10 ,
Because the customer knows that ₹10 will be better than the ₹3 one.
And today's customer can spend two bucks more, but the quality should be good.
The customer is spending lakhs of rupees in the house.  He would never want us to keep low quality products at home.  Even if ₹ 2 will cost me more.  We want to make good quality.
