Interviewer :What was your father and mother Me : I answered their occupation. Interviewer : Do you have any arrears. Me : No arrears. Interviewer : Could you join immediately. Me : Yes. Interviewer : In our company, there will be 3 months free training period and after that you will be onboarded in company. Your salary per annum is 254000rs and your in hand salary will be 226,800rs. 25200rs. will be provided only at the year end based on your performance level upto now no one is received that high performance salary.There will be three years bond but it is a breakable bond. If you want to break the bond means then you need to pay the training costs.( certain amount it depends on time period you work for the company) .Is these all conditions are ok for you. Me : Yes ok for me. They told other perks and benefits like medical allowance but i forgot. This interview happened at 2021 February.
