Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Navi came for campus placement in a very eminent institution of India after extensive talk with the PR team. Held a GD (topic : Future of digital currency in India) with only 7 applicants after resume shortlisting, then decided NOT to go forqard with the process and dropeed it altogether, not taking any candidates forward. Entire process was a SCAM, since the person monitoring the GD didn't seem interested at all, and it makes no sense to drop all the candidates, since everyone talked quite alright about the topic. They clearly had NO REQUIREMENTS & lied to the PR team.

Would suggest the PRs and any individual applying for any post at Navi to be very cautious.
