1) Try to reduce change over time...

2) as per cycle time check the extra time,like as colling time, Mould opning closing time, delay times..increse injection speed pressure and reduce injection time and then check.. Cycle time will be reduce and increase production.

3) in shift ending time.. Try to give handover mashine to next shift oprater... Don't off the mashine

4)in seqencial system.. Block the gate as per part filling area
