I really found it very Obnoxious with One on One with the Managers. Leaving the process knowledge behind they were more interested in my Family Background. There were 2 men who were asking me the same question - Marriage plans or leave plans. As my answer was no to marriage plans they were asking me "Why you don't want to get married? Aren't you interested?" As I was a person who got laid off from the company, they were asking me what was the reason and who was my ex-founder and founder's partner's name. After giving a short explanation of the process, there was a cross-firing of the questions. So prepare well, there can be a lot more unwanted out-of-process questions so before going, study a lot about your current company like turnover, profits they are interested in that, and how many clients the company has. Name of the clients (If you answer this is against the company policy they will smile and say, we aren't going to take their clients our business is different) Study in a broader perspective about their company too, it's a Public Listed Company.
