I- Why management after Psychology?

C- Explained why I took psychology in first place and then connected with management saying a lot of applications, plus connected it to my family background.

I-  Interviewer explained how difficult the job can be, conflicts at workplace etc. and if any conflicting situation that I have faced and how did I deal with it?

C- Talked about my failure at CAT first attempt, learnings, working harder each day, in the meantime, made some great friends and mentors whom i can reach out to even this day.

I- You come out to be a very sentimental kind of a person. According to what we have judged, how will you deal with ruthless &dynamic business environment? A failure is a failure, many a times even if you have put in 100% efforts, how will you manage?

C- Yeah, I wont deny that I'm emotional, but that doesn't make me weak, I know how to cope with stress I have my means (mentioned writing and music), it works as a catharsis for me, besides, if you don't feel strongly about what you are working for, then you are not doing justice to it, are you? you need that passion to go on.

I- What kind of writing? Where do you get the inspiration from?

C- I had an answer ready for this, so justified.

I- What kind of role are you interested in? Gave a couple of options: business analytics, innovation etc.

C-Innovation in the long run, but i know I'll have to start from the basics, i don't shy away from field work plus that will be good for me, because it will give me a first-hand exposure.

I- Some random questions about hometown and family.
