C- Elaborated about myself covering different intro aspects.

I- Tell us more about your work experience.

C- Explained both Technical and non- technical aspects in detail.

I- What are the different ML algorithms that you have worked on ( Since i mentioned ML ).

C- Gave all the different algorithms and the scenarios in which i used them.

I- Tell us more about the leadership position that you mentioned here in your resume.

C- Explained my role as scrum master of our team with examples of few instants where i took initiatives etc.

I- If you were asked to apply ML/AI techniques to reduce the efforts involved in the leadership role related activities (Scrum master role) that you mentioned, how will you do it.

C- Gave a walkthrough of different activities and touch points involved and suggested suitable automation techniques that can be applied at each of these touch points.

I- Now consider a scenario where the whole company is powered by IOT and other technology, what all are redundant or routine tasks in a employee daily life that can be eliminated by using these technologies.

C- Asked for a piece of paper and created a employee Journey map (involving meetings, client calls, breaks and other aspects) and suggested approximate time for different activities and the savings in Man hours that IOT could help to achieve.

I- Looked at CV and asked a few short questions on PORS in CV.

C- Answered them and there were no follow up questions for those.

C- It was for Zensar and the role was Business development.

I- What do u know about Zensar in particular?

C- Gave a brief overview that was shared to me by  team just before the interview.

I- According to you what technologies or areas Zensar should focus more on in the near future.

C- Told something related to emerging technologies and digital transformation etc.

I- Do you have any questions for us?

C- Asked them question on how Zensar’s technology competence is being leveraged by other group companies.
