I want to join this company/group because first of all the brand "Reliance" is directly related to the popularity & the best thing is the quality of the products they sale or produce is worthy. "Reliance Trends" is one amongst them. Due to the decipline and working culture of the employees is good as they work hard according to rules and regulations made by the management is really a part of appreciation. According to that the management also look after it's each & every employee as it's family member and keep them happy at every stage. The management also appreciate the employees for their hard work and reward them according to that. And I also heard that the management gives more respect for the employees who are sincere.
These are the reasons I prefer to be a part of this, in which I can make my carrier to the best of my knowledge.
