A very nice experience. Interviewer dint rolled down the question which summarizes what do you know. He took me to the point that what I can do to bring out better for the company through my past experience. Interview started with formal intro and family background, then shifted to job profile and manpower management followed by many tricky troubleshooting skills in mechanical maintenance. Interviewer asked to explain the experience of any pressurized or vexatious situation on workplace during which you were not able to make decision and how you handled it. What RCA you done on failure and did you evaluated your fault in that and how the case study was document for future reference.
