3) If any cut happened we restore fiber cut within MTTR. For this we will maintain following points
a) Fuel top up minimum 50% in FRT's vehicles b) prepare jumper cable min to min 150 to 200 mtrs end to end joint closers. c) Equipment to maintain on daily basis and to maintain ARC calibration on weekly wise and electrodes should be replace on every 1000 splices
