If learners aren't responding properly, I will assess the situation and take appropriate actions.

Assess the training methods and materials used
Identify any barriers to learning or communication
Provide additional support or resources if needed
Offer individualized coaching or feedback
Re-evaluate the training objectives and adjust if necessary

Training is always a 1st step and i will make them sure that the plans to be implemented are truly realistic and make them not only to do the task but also make them do how to troubleshoot and solve the problems at their end individually and make sure for their retention especially and will go for minimal resisting.

Learning is a two-way street. I can peel off the banana and feed them it and even make their jaw move to chew but at the end of the day they should have the inherent capacity to contemplate what's being taught and put it to practice. Both hands put together only produce an applause. I will give my 200 percent and even if 50 percent is reciprocated, I will work with it and derive considerable results from it.
