Called me for an in-person interview during a pandemic. First round was not exactly an interview since the interviewer was only interested in telling me why I wouldnt be able to fit in a company with long work hours and 6 day work week. Did ask me much, just informed me this. Second interview was a normal interview, asking about how I respond to different scenarios and work highlights. Was supposed to have the third round with the line manager but he was in a meeting, waiting now almost 2 months to get it scheduled. HR stopped responding after 1 day, no communication post we will reschedule your interview. Even friends working in the organization couldn't get me an answer
