1.Taking Site Measurement initiated by sales team and updating all information instructed by client in measurement drawings and forwarding that to sales team.

2. If order confirmed, rechecking the shop drawing before production. If any suggestions needed that will be given to sales team.

3. Updating site readiness status to Manager for material dispatch approval.

4. Once dispath mail recieved, following up with transport and driver to deliver the material to site.

5. Arranging Unloading and shifting labours, local transport if needed for delivery.

6. Checking material with recieved cutlist and Production Drawing. If anything missed, need to raise the complaint.

7. Getting recieved signature from client in invoice after delivery.

8. Checking site readiness status after delivery for installation.

9. Once the site is ready checking with sales and accounts team regarding financial clearance.

10. Coordinating with clients to complete the procedures before installation like labour pass,tool pass, etc.

11. Scheduling Installation plan by available Installation team to all sites.

12. If additional team needed requesting Installation teams from adjacent zones through Manager.

13. Layout marking in site and getting approval from client.

14. Instucting Installation details to labour clearly.

15. Checking labour's safety measures.

16. Checking the quality of work during installation and after completion.
