This company is not at all a good place to work because of one person Anant Barbadikar. He has his gang of followers and wants to be part of that gang who are very unprofessional. He hires and fires at will especially with R&D department as he doesn’t have any knowledge of R&D. He is a Career Killer and has fired many good scientists without valid reasons.. The Corporate only listens to him and does nothing. One should think twice before joining Pharmazell.
