To whatever little research work I have done about the company, I found PCS Global, a startup company with a big vision and mission, which attracted me the most. At the same time the philanthropic vision of the company's founder owner, dedicated work force all working towards a unified goal aligned with the vision of the owner, and the young budding enthusiasts/college freshers, who joins PCS Global for their career foundation, project internship, and finally who is groomed, whose skills are honed, ends up being an asset to the corporate workforce of the country, in a way solving a part of the huge impending issues of country's unemployment, the foundation principles of which attracts me most, when with a sheer delight I find myself in the right place to contribute positively, I have no better place than to work here.
