Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This round is what put me off from this company. I was asked about my previous job and work profile, the basic stuff. After that, I was asked if I would be comfortable in staying in the office after hours. On top of that, I was told that Saturdays are off BUT if I want to come to the office to work that day I can. I don't understand the point of having a Saturday off if you expect your employee to turn up that day. Also, isn't working for the agreed upon working hours enough? You want me to stay in the office for longer! Even though the people who were interviewing me were respectful and sweet, I just couldn't get past the above mentioned bizarre expectations they had.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It will help if they manage time well and not make the candidates wait for hours for the next round only to asked vague questions, also, after reaching home I read some of the reviews here and was disheartened. So was quite happy to be not selected since the department has a particularly negative review online.
